Location: Green Bay, WI Shifts will vary between 7:00am and 9:00pm, working both weekdays weekends. Schedules Available: Casual 0–20 hours per week. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver exceptional, professional therapeutic services including: Swedish massage Deep tissue massage Reflexology Hydrotherapy Guide guests through their spa journey by thoughtfully introducing available services, retail products, and amenities Engage in clear, attentive communication to fully understand each guest’s individual needs and wellness goals prior to every service Provide personalized, genuine recommendations designed to enhance each guest’s overall wellness, beauty, and relaxation experience Maintain strong knowledge of all spa products and deliver accurate, confident guidance within your area of expertise Create a customized wellness card for each guest, highlighting three curated product recommendations to support their at-home self-care routine
