About the Role:
The role is responsible for leading Information Services across the organization, ensuring reliable delivery, governance, and enablement of data for internal stakeholders and platforms. This includes ownership of data infrastructure, data provisioning, and internal data products that power reporting, analytics, AI initiatives, and operational use cases.
The role will drive the development and management of enterprise data capabilities including data lake infrastructure, data taxonomy, data quality, and access governance. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, CRM, Risk, Product, and Technology) to ensure consistent, scalable, and secure data availability across the organization.
The role requires a strong mix of data platform expertise, governance discipline, and stakeholder management, with a focus on enabling business teams through high-quality, accessible, and well-structured data assets.
Working Conditions:

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage internal data products and platforms, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure data availability for business use cases.
- Lead development and management of enterprise data infrastructure, including global data lake capabilities and core data architecture.
- Oversee major data programs and transformations, including platform migrations and data architecture evolution.
- Ensure timely and accurate data provisioning to key business functions (Finance, Sales, CRM, cross-sell, and internal applications), with clear SLA adherence.
- Define and enforce data governance standards, including data quality, taxonomy, master data (KYC/KYB), and access control frameworks.
- Enable analytics, AI, and automation use cases through structured and high-quality data pipelines.
- Own internal BI and reporting capabilities, including dashboards and analytical tools (e.g., Qlik).
- Manage enterprise data access, compliance, and audit requirements, ensuring traceability and regulatory alignment.
- Oversee data platforms, tools, vendors, and software licensing, ensuring performance and cost efficiency.
- Drive development of unified data layers and internal data services to enable consistent access across the organization.
- Support data enrichment initiatives and advanced analytics use cases (e.g., churn, lead generation) aligned with enterprise data standards.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as company-wide data intelligence capabilities (e.g., “Talk to Data”).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in data platforms, data engineering, and analytics, with end-to-end ownership of data products and infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in enterprise data architecture, including data lakes, data warehousing, and large-scale data platform management.
- Proven experience implementing data governance frameworks, including data quality, taxonomy, master data (e.g., KYC/KYB), and access controls.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver data solutions for internal stakeholders, including Finance reporting, CRM, Sales dashboards, and operational platforms.
- Experience supporting AI, analytics, and automation initiatives through structured data environments and scalable data pipelines.
- Track record of managing complex data transformation programs, including platform migrations and cross-regional implementations.
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI), with oversight of internal dashboards and analytical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Technology, Finance, Sales, Risk, and Product teams.
- Experience managing data platforms, vendors, and software licensing, ensuring performance and cost control.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams across geographies, with clear focus on delivery discipline and execution.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment, with clear prioritization across multiple initiatives.
