Job Description
- Own all Go-To-Market (GTM) operations for growth initiatives, with a primary focus on scaling self-serve and Product-Led Growth motions across Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer segments.
- Act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, Marketing and second-party teams to ensure total alignment on strategic planning, product roadmaps, messaging, packaging, and life-cycle strategy.
- Design and launch sophisticated Product Growth operating models that utilize metric reviews to improve cross product area organizational alignment, execution velocity, and executive decision-making.
- Act as a strategic thought partner driving self-serve operations; triaging urgent, high-priority requests; representing growth leadership to ensure organizational clarity and maintain strategic momentum.
- Lead the end-to-end creation and delivery of the self-serve product growth strategy, specifically focused on driving growth across both consumer and business streams.
