- Responsible for processing payroll each week and troubleshooting any issues in ADP.
- Facilitate and track the employee rewards and recognition programs.
- Support internal and external recruitment activities/requirements (interviews, screening applications, etc.).
- Assist in coordinating onboarding process for all new hire employees.
- Process employee data changes in internal Human Capital Management System.
- Address employee inquiries, including handing off to HR Shared Services team or escalating to HR Business Partner as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive & Site Leadership Team.
- Deliver general office administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
- Handles on-site event coordination.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience within related field
