  • Responsible for processing payroll each week and troubleshooting any issues in ADP.
  • Facilitate and track the employee rewards and recognition programs.
  • Support internal and external recruitment activities/requirements (interviews, screening applications, etc.).
  • Assist in coordinating onboarding process for all new hire employees. 
  • Process employee data changes in internal Human Capital Management System.
  • Address employee inquiries, including handing off to HR Shared Services team or escalating to HR Business Partner as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive & Site Leadership Team.
  • Deliver general office administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
  • Handles on-site event coordination.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience within related field
