Midland Transport is currently seeking a Program Manager. The Program Manager is responsible for leading end‑to‑end project delivery for Operations and Maintenance, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with organizational strategy. Acting as a key link between executive leadership, business partners, and technical teams, this role ensures all initiatives deliver intended outcomes while meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

- Provide strategic leadership and governance for Operations & Maintenance programs, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, business objectives, and growth priorities.
- Own end‑to‑end program delivery, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and measurable business outcomes across all workstreams.
- Establish and oversee program governance, budgeting, resourcing, and risk management, partnering with Finance to ensure transparency and informed decision‑making.
- Drive execution excellence, proactively identifying risks, removing obstacles, and ensuring consistent progress and delivery momentum.
- Lead agile delivery and system transitions, embedding agile practices, managing sprint and release cycles, and guiding the transition from legacy systems to new platforms with minimal business disruption.
- Enable effective change management and stakeholder engagement by communicating progress clearly, facilitating executive forums, and partnering with change leaders to drive adoption and sustain results.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in project or program management, with a strong track record delivering complex, enterprise‑scale technology and business transformations.
- Proven experience leading multi‑phase programs that integrate technology solutions with operational and business functions.
- Strong expertise in program governance, agile methodologies, and performance tracking, with the ability to drive accountability across teams and vendors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with strong business and financial acumen.
- Experience within transportation, logistics, or supply chain environments considered an asset.
- PMP (or equivalent) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification required.
