Job Description

Purpose of the Job Drive the localization and adaptation of global marketing content to ensure regional relevance while preserving brand consistency and product intent. This role oversees localized asset governance, launch readiness, and translation workflows, executing content within internal platforms, managing launch timelines, and ensuring all materials meet quality, formatting, and brand standards prior to deployment.   Key Responsibilities Translate and localize global product positioning, campaign copy, packaging materials, and messaging guides to ensure deep regional relevance without sacrificing core product intent. Secure critical in-tool brand voice approvals, adapting global assets to meet local market nuances while strictly adhering to established brand governance and style guides. Manage Plan of Record (POR) changes, maintain the overall launch agenda, and oversee toolkit governance to ensure all localized assets map perfectly to master product launch timelines. Execute localization deliverables directly inside internal translation workbenches and existing tool-based workflows, navigating complex proprietary infrastructure efficiently. Conduct comprehensive staging reviews to verify layout, formatting, and contextual accuracy of localized copy before public deployment. Serve as the trusted, authorized user mandatory for bypassing secure access gates on internal translation platforms and secure staging infrastructure.   Knowledge, Skills + Experience 3–5 years of experience in product localization, copy adaptation, or transcreation—ideally within a fast-paced technology, hardware, or global consumer brand environment. Bachelor’s degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, International Business, Marketing, or a related field. Native-level fluency in Spanish with flawless written adaptation skills, paired with professional working proficiency in English to collaborate with global product teams. Ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across localized content, brand messaging, and launch materials while managing multiple deliverables simultaneously. Skilled at adapting messaging for local audiences while preserving brand voice, demonstrating sensitivity to cultural nuances and market-specific needs. Highly structured approach to managing timelines, approvals, content governance, and launch priorities within complex workflows and systems. Proven ability to work effectively with global marketing teams, product stakeholders, translators, and cross-functional partners to achieve alignment and successful launch execution.   #LI-Hybrid
