To strengthen our presence in the French market, we are looking for a Sales Consultant who is passionate about sales and motivated to support e-commerce players in their growth. You will join a team that works alongside you, with a clear mission and all the support needed to turn every contact into a successful partnership.
Your Responsibilities
New customer acquisition (B2B) – Contact prospects through cold calling and email campaigns to generate new sales opportunities in the French market.
Needs analysis and tailored consulting – Take an expert approach to understand the challenges of e-commerce businesses and propose suitable solutions (Trustmark, customer reviews, buyer protection).
Sales cycle management – Manage all stages of the sales process, from qualification to closing deals, with an average sales cycle of around 2 months.
Pipeline development and management – Work on a provided pool of prospects (outbound, inbound, partners) while gradually developing your own opportunities.
Collaboration with internal teams – Ensure a smooth handover to Account Management and Customer Success teams after closing.
Sales performance tracking – Manage your activity and KPIs via Salesforce with a constant focus on performance and conversion.
