To support our growth in France, we are redefining the role of the Sales Development Representative: more strategic, data-driven, and enhanced by AI. This is not a traditional SDR position focused solely on volume, but a modern, high-impact role centered on relevance and long-term value creation.
Your Responsibilities
At the core of this role is building a high-quality pipeline and opening new business opportunities. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and internal experts, you will help design effective and sustainable outbound strategies.
Build a qualified pipeline – Identify and develop new opportunities with e-commerce businesses and digital companies in the French market.
Strategic multichannel prospecting – Use cold calling, personalized emails, and digital tools to engage prospects in a relevant and differentiated way.
Engage decision-makers – Connect with key stakeholders (Marketing, E-commerce, CX, CRM) and initiate high-value conversations.
Needs qualification – Understand prospects’ business challenges and identify opportunities aligned with Trusted Shops’ solutions.
Leverage tools and data – Effectively use CRM systems, prospecting tools, and AI-driven solutions to optimize performance and targeting.
Collaborate with internal teams – Work closely with Sales Consultants to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
Your Profile
Initial experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or digital environment
Comfortable with prospecting (cold calling, email outreach, multichannel engagement)
Ability to structure your approach and manage your pipeline effectively
English required (minimum B2 level) – official company language
Interest in digital environments, e-commerce, and SaaS solutions
Analytical mindset: ability to understand needs and identify relevant opportunities
Affinity for digital tools and AI (CRM, prospecting tools, automation)
Proactive, curious, and highly motivated to learn and grow
