Technical Sales Engineer

A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Technical Sales Engineer at MSD Korea, you will partner with ISD(Installation & Service Department), Customers, internal team to support. In this role, you will report to the Sales Manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate technical solutions for Package Substrate, PCB manufacturing company
Preparing quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers in collaboration with global teams
Leading technical discussions with customers and coordinating requirements with internal engineering teams
Supporting the sales cycle from opportunity development to order closing
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
Monitoring market trends and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities
Supporting customers in regulatory-related matters, including handling requirements related to hazardous chemical facilities in Korea(PSM, Process Safety Management)
Skills You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
Years of job-related work experience.
Entry-level or early-career professionals (up to 2 years of experience)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
Basic proficiency in AutoCAD(2D drawing review and simple modification)
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge or experience in PCB, semiconductor, or surface treatment processes
Familiarity with regulations related to hazardous chemical handling facilities in Korea(PSM)
Experience in technical sales, application engineering, or customer-facing roles
English communication skills to collaborate with global teams
