Position Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Upland Hills Health - Dodgeville Hospital Campus
Role & Department: Registered Nurse in the Nursing & Rehab Department
Hours & Shift: Part-time to Full-time .5 to 1.0 FTE (20 to 40 hours per week) P.M. shift position, limited weekends and a holiday rotation
Role Responsibilities:
- Applicants will provide the highest quality of care for all residents along with treating residents with dignity and respect while maintaining their confidentiality and resident rights
- Will work as a direct care provider and will oversee other nursing services staff as is required
- Will work with physicians, nursing staff and other ancillary staff professionals to provide high quality care for patients
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have an Associates Degree in Nursing or a Bachelors degree from an accredited school
- Candidates must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin or be completing their licensing soon
- Must be CPR certified or completed within 90 days of employment
- Prior nursing services experiences are preferred, but not required
- Prior experience in a long term care setting is very beneficial
- Prior experience using Point Click Care is beneficial but not required

Employment Bonus: This position is eligible for “up to a $5,000.00 Employment Bonus” which is prorated based on the FTE. Bonus payments will be made based on the FTE schedule below:
1.0 FTE $5,000
.9 FTE $4,500
.8 FTE $4,000
.7 FTE $3,500
.6 FTE $3,000
.5 FTE $2,500
The Employment Bonus will be paid out at set times during the first 3 years of employment in 6 separate equal installments. Those respective bonus payments will be made at the following periods: after completion of 6 months, 1 year, 18 months, 2 years, 30 months and a final payment at the 3-year anniversary. This Employment Bonus will be paid for eligible nursing positions who are hired at a .5 FTE employment status or greater. Candidates must continue to be employed at a .5 FTE status or greater at the time each of the bonus payments are eligible to be distributed.
