Oversee commercial performance, cost control and team management while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and water quality. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements These shifts will fall between 6:30am and 10pm and will include working 2 out of 4 weekends About you RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS Qualification First Aid Certificate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, genuine approach Proven management experience, including leading large teams in a similar environment Strong customer service skills, ensuring high standards and service performance KPIs Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
