Job Description
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting to monitor the success of our product, customers, and features. Communicate progress against goals to leadership, and both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner closely with our engineering telemetry infrastructure team to ensure key data is captured and stored in manners that meet product, business, and privacy/regulatory needs.
- Partner with Labs and Cloud teams to ensure Beam’s serving needs are met; managing GPU capacity requests for serving and ML/AI model training.
- Ensure Beam meets Compliance and Privacy standards, stewarding cross-product area processes and audits, and managing on-team deliverables.
- Drive clarity and accountability to ensure the highest priority work is delivered on schedule, embedded within Telemetry and Networking engineering teams.
