DESCRIPTION:
Join our HR Operations team as an HR Analyst III and make a significant impact on our organization. Through collaboration with stakeholders, you'll translate customer needs into end-to-end solutions using our HR technology and process landscape. You'll help drive productivity and scalability of our service delivery model while creating outstanding experiences for our customers. You'll also lead smaller-scale projects, develop functional requirements, and participate in platform collaborator meetings to drive process optimization.

Working within the framework of HR Servicy Delivery initiatives, you'll partner across HR platforms to facilitate strategic goals, leverage ServiceNow and Workday technologies, and contribute to an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned processes, markets, or service lines.
  • Act as the primary operational focal point for HR Business Partners, COEs, and key stakeholders regarding service delivery, process execution, and issue resolution.
  • Provide advanced case management support and troubleshoot complex or sensitive cases that require expert intervention.
  • Support operational teams through proactive queue management, workload balancing, and prioritization guidance during periods of increased demand.
  • Lead and support projects that improve service delivery, colleague experience, operational efficiency, and compliance.
  • Own the review, maintenance, governance, and advancement of process documentation, knowledge articles, process maps, and standard work.
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement PPI, automation, AI, and process optimization opportunities to improve productivity and quality.
  • Conduct process reviews and operational assessments to identify root causes, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Operations Leaders and Supervisors to implement process changes and ensure successful adoption.
  • Coach and mentor team members on process execution, best practices, system usage, and new ways of working.
  • Support training development and delivery for process changes, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.
  • Act as an escalation point for operational questions and complex process interpretation.
  • Support governance activities including audits, quality reviews, compliance checks, and operational reporting.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Shared Services, HR Consulting, HR Operations, or IT-related roles
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Finance, Human Resources, IT, or related field
  • Project Management certification (preferred)
  • HR certification
  • Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow HR functionalities and Workday systems, particularly in Absence & Time off modules
  • Project management and process leadership capabilities
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience supporting systems and processes in large organizations
  • Organizational and planning abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Effective stakeholder management and consultation skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a matrix environment
  • Change management capabilities
  • Experience with HR M&A activities and due diligence (preferred)
  • Conflict resolution and decision-making skills
  • Customer service orientation
