Job Description

Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:

  • Manage the daily operation for the Luxury Services department, ensuring seamlessness in stay regarding high-profile casino and VIP guests.
  • Oversees the FB operations of In Room Dining, In-Villa meal services, as well as overall FB operations of the Baccarat space, wine and liquor selection, and inventory control.
  • Assists with planning and execution of private functions within the Villas, Presidential and Palace suites to include menu selections, pricing and staffing of the event.
  • Partners with the culinary team on the development and implementation of offerings, menu presentations and menu education of the Butlers.
  • Aid with Butler assignments, scheduling, and FTE management (Time-off requests, EOs, and EDOs).
  • Email Hosts and Admins for amenity, food, and beverage approvals during the pre-arrival and stay dates.
  • Ensure all Floral, IRD, and Host amenities are set up in suite prior to guest arrivals and in accordance to the guest profile.
  • Consolidate guest information from the daily shift pass-down, input on guest profile(s), review for accuracy updates, and protect the confidentiality of guest preference profiles within the Department.
  • Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:

  • Working knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems, Property Management systems and Casino Player Tracking systems.
  • Experience managing a workforce of at least thirty employees.
  • Strong decision-making skills while managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

  • Trained in Forbes Travel Guide standards.
  • Experience working in a call center, concierge, fine dining restaurant, front desk, and/or VIP Lounge.
  • At least three years of directly related operational management experience at a similar leadership level.
  • At least two years’ experience in Food and Beverage in a related field.
  • Working knowledge and experience with OPERA. Working knowledge of HotSOS.
  • Working knowledge of Konami Synkros, Symphony, and/or Cisco
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum five years experience within Hotel Operations or a directly related operational area/field.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Ability to obtain the following:
  • Nevada Gaming Registration
  • Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Food Handling Card
