Job Description
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Shipping Clerk is accountable for invoicing customers for product ordered through the order desk and administratively preparing for delivery and pick-ups. Position codes, invoices, process warehouse releases and stock transfers, balances carrier account, maintains customer account inventory levels and processes export documentation and government forms.
Key Accountabilities:
Accountable for processing invoices and inter-company orders.
Accountable for data entry of raw and FFP product, tub and pallet inventories.
Accountable for maximizing service levels and maintaining relationships with customer base.
Preparing reports and documentation
Requirement:
Grade 12 diploma, data entry experience
Min of 2+ yrs of experience in similar role
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills, verbal and written
Previous customer service/shipping experience an asset
Prior experience in export shipping (asset)
Must be flexible, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail and miltitask
Good communication skills
