The pay for this role is $28 - $33 DOE.

Our Culinary Lead (Dining Services Supervisor):
- Ensures bistro, Kitchen and all dining rooms are properly staffed, and problem solves, if short-staffed; fills in when necessary.
- Ensures bistro and all Dining room are properly stocked with items needed prior to service
- Greets and welcome residents and guests warmly, escorting them to tables and introducing the menu.
- Provides expert knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials and wine pairings
- Accurately takes and process orders, ensuring clarity and attention to detail
- Understands and adheres to all policies and procedures at the Lodge as set forth in departmental policies and the Employee Handbook.
- Promotes the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrate commitment to Transforming Age's Culture of Excellence and strategic goals
- Performs other duties as assigned
What you need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Completion of a serve safe Course.
- Current Food Handler Permit.
- 2 years supervisory experience.
- 2 years or more experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, and general culinary skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and food service standards.
- Ability to remain composed, professional, and service-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and moderate English language proficiency (written and verbal).
- Completion of a background check and drug screen. Pre employment screenings may include physical, TB test and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
Physical Requirements Include:
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach overhead, push, pull and grasp, and talk.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
