About the Role
As a Strategic Account Manager at Trend AI, you will lead and grow strategic enterprise relationships across BFSI accounts in Thailand. You will be at the forefront of our mission to protect organisations in an AI-powered world — acting as a trusted advisor, a commercial driver, and the face of Trend AI to some of the most important organisations in the region.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on building deep partnerships, navigating complex enterprise environments, and delivering results that matter — to the customer and to the business.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the primary account lead for assigned major BFSI accounts, acting as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity strategy and solutions
Build deep, multi-level relationships from IT teams to the C-suite, understanding client priorities, planned initiatives, and long-term business goals
Translate client challenges into compelling, tailored Trend AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
Proactively identify and drive new opportunities within the account portfolio, balancing relationship depth with sharp commercial instincts
Partner with resellers and Global System Integrators to expand reach and accelerate deal cycles
Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Technical, Regional Account Managers, and Marketing teams
Maintain a disciplined and accurate forecast using Salesforce and Trend AI’s sales tools
Stay current on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and Trend AI’s evolving product and solution portfolio
Secondary Responsibilities
Represent Trend AI at industry conferences, trade shows, and seminars
Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional programmes
Ensure all relevant account information is documented and maintained in Salesforce
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in enterprise account management within IT or cybersecurity
Proven track record of managing and growing BFSI accounts with consistent quota attainment
Hands-on experience selling cybersecurity, networking, or IT solutions with strong knowledge of the competitive market
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence at C-level stakeholders
Good knowledge of virtualisation and cloud-based security solutions preferred
