Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist

Eisenhower Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from job posting and sourcing through onboarding and new‑hire training completion. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional candidate experience, maintain an organized and efficient recruiting workflow, and support the hiring needs of a behavioral health environment.
