We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Auto Property Damage Specialist to help guide clients through the property damage portion of their case with care, efficiency, and strong advocacy.

This role is more than handling vehicle claims.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Auto Property Damage Specialist, you will:

• Manage and resolve property damage claims from start to finish
• Obtain repair estimates, photographs, evidence, and supporting documentation related to property damage claims
• Coordinate vehicle inspections with insurance companies and body shops
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and resolutions
• Arrange rental vehicles for clients and provide timely reminders regarding returns
• Draft letters and documents related to rental reimbursement, deductibles, loss of use, and other out-of-pocket expenses
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates throughout the claims process
• Perform additional duties and support tasks as assigned by management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience handling property damage claims or working in a related field
• Familiarity with insurance claims processes and requirements
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
