URBN is hiring an Analyst, Marketing Mix with experience in Multi Touch Attribution (MTA) and Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to help better measure and optimize the effectiveness of our investments across the entire Marketing mix. This role sits on our central Marketing and Advanced Analytics team, and will directly support Brand and central Marketing and Analytics teams in reporting and translating of metrics and analytical trends into actionable insights and testing opportunities.
