JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Providing technical support of Airconditioner products for Authorized Service Centers, dealers, Contractors...
• Monitoring and reporting quality of Airconditioner in market
• Direct solving serious problems of Airconditioner in market
• Supporting customer in using, operating, installing, repairing Airconditioner
• Working with factory for quality improvement 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• College graduation or above in the field of electrical or cooling/HVAC system
• Having experience in Airconditioner repair and installation is high priority
• Strong technical, installtion, repairing skills of electrical, cooling system
• Be able to make report of issue and solve problem
• Good computer skills, good attittude and manner
• Good command of English and commuinication skills
