Summary: The purpose of this position is to assist in keeping buildings and grounds clean, sanitary and operational for use by students and staff. Primary assignment is for campus-owned housing facilities, though daily job duties can shift as needed.

Rate of Pay: $9.00/hr
Schedule: 4 hours per day
Summary: The purpose of this position is to assist in keeping buildings and grounds clean, sanitary and operational for use by students and staff. Primary assignment is for campus-owned housing facilities, though daily job duties can shift as needed.
Essential Job Duties:
- Prepare campus apartments following resident check-out. This involves: moving furniture, removing trash and other unwanted items, cleaning and sanitizing each space within the apartment (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room).
- Performs various building cleaning and sanitizing tasks including vacuuming, dusting, and mopping.
- Provides basic general maintenance services including light bulbs, batteries and light repairs
- Assists with grounds upkeep including mowing, trimming, weeding and tending landscaping.
Abilities: Work independently as well as be a team player; exhibit excellent customer service skills; ability to work in an environment of shifting priorities, frequent interruptions and fast pace; ability to interact with fellow students, staff and general public while completing assigned tasks.
Education and Experience: HS Diploma or equivalent
