Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday Analyst – Integrations to support the design, development, and maintenance of Workday integrations. The role involves working closely with functional teams, technical consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Support & Development
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of Workday integrations using:
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Core Connectors
- Workday Studio (basic to intermediate level)
- Support both inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems
Data Management & Processing
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities
- Monitor and validate integration data accuracy and completeness
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve errors
Production Support
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday integrations
- Monitor integration jobs, logs, and alerts
- Investigate and resolve integration failures and performance issues
Collaboration & Analysis
- Work with functional teams to gather and understand requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Coordinate with external vendors for integration-related activities
Testing & Documentation
- Support unit testing, SIT, and UAT for integration deployments
- Create and maintain integration documentation, including:
- Design documents
- Data mapping files
- Runbooks
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance integrations
- Stay updated with Workday releases and integration features
