
Communications Manager - Internal Communications
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, the Internal Communications Manager will support strategic clarity and employee engagement by helping employees understand organisational priorities and how their work connects to them.
The role will plan and deliver effective internal communications aligned to company priorities, with a focus on leadership communications, strategic priorities and employee advocacy.
Frontline communications will be a key priority, alongside the development of engaging content and effective communication channels that drive understanding and engagement. The role will also draw on experience across media, marketing and digital environments, together with an understanding of customer and stakeholder expectations, to shape effective internal communications and help employees understand the bigger picture.
