Vice President of Mortgage Origination

To provide strategic and operational leadership for all mortgage production activities at Capital Credit Union. This role is accountable for mortgage growth, sales execution, pipeline performance, and market expansion while delivering an exceptional member experience and ensuring full regulatory compliance. This position exists to own mortgage production results, clearly separating sales leadership from fulfillment and operations, and to build a high performing, accountable origination culture aligned with Capital Credit Union’s mission of Doing the Right Thing.
