Compensation and Benefits [prorated to FTE]

• $90,000 - $135,529 annual starting salary (certificated salary schedule) [prorated]
• 183 day calendar
• Master's and Doctoral supplements of $3,056.00 [prorated]
• Exceptional benefits packages to all employees serving at 50% time. Contribution levels vary by full-time equivalent status.
• Up to $2,000 Bilingual (Spanish) signing incentive upon passing a test of fluency [prorated]
• We pay for the induction program fees for all teachers who need to clear their credential (not to include any credentialing fees).
• We honor up to 13 years of verified certificated teaching experience outside the District toward salary placement.
