Die-Cut Machine Operator (Night Shift)

Quality Packaging, Inc. is a growing leader in contract packaging, materials, and equipment. We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Die-Cut Machine Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and wants to be part of a team that values quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate die-cutting machines
- Prepare and install dies (registration, make-ready, matrix)
- Inspect product to ensure quality standards are met
- Pack finished goods (counting, labeling, boxing, palletizing)
- Complete production paperwork accurately
- Perform basic machine maintenance
- Maintain a clean, tour-ready work area
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
- Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
Work Environment
Manufacturing environment with moderate noise; requires standing, machine operation, and material handling.
