Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager Card for North region to join our team, where we create solutions, together, every day. The role aims to maximize sales volumes to ensure effective receivables collection and enhance the company’s market presence by professionally promoting high-quality products and services.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Achieve the annual / quarterly / monthly / weekly Sales Plan, considering the existing customer portfolio, and actively identifying new sales opportunities within these clients
- Conduct market prospecting to identify potential clients and acts to convert them into active customers; Responsible for the full and timely collection of outstanding receivables from MOL Romania Petroleum Products SRL clients
- Successful negotiations with existing and potential clients, preparation of price quotations and offers, and establishing all operational details including pricing, contracts, payment terms, and services
- Understanding customer needs to provide solutions and advice regarding products and services, aiming to develop mutually beneficial partnerships
- Propose and sell new solutions to existing and potential customers beyond those defined in the team’s objectives
- Cooperate with station managers to identify and assess new business opportunities and the quality of services provided to clients
- Provide customer support throughout the contract duration regarding pricing, granted discounts, and any operational issues that may arise
To be successful in the role, you should have:
- Higher education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in direct or indirect sales
- Competence in using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Fluent English
- Driving license – category B
