Job Description
Program Management Across Customer Journey
* Awareness - lead efforts for top-of-funnel initiatives
* Conversion - lead experiments to facilitate customers' conscious choice to select pickup as their delivery method/differentiation from other delivery options
* Engagement - develop understanding of customer insights unique to marketplaces to identify tactics to engage customers, driving loyalty and decreasing attrition
Campaign Management:
* Create marketing campaigns across multiple channels
* Own end-to-end campaigns, helping to automate launch processes
* Own incentive promotions in marketing channels and incentive expansion pilots
* Design, manage and execute landing page rebuild WW
Experience:
* 8-12 years of product marketing or related experience
* Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing
* Experience in developing, forecasting and testing incentive promotions
Skills:
* Strong analytical and data-driven decision making
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Project management and cross-functional leadership
* AI fluency
Education:
* Bachelor's degree required
* Background in marketing, business, or technical field
This position plays a critical role in driving both marketing and organic traffic to pickup through awareness, discoverability, and eligibility initiatives, primarily focusing on owned and operated channels
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7+ years of developing and managing marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience in online marketing channels such as social media marketing, display advertising, and search engine marketing
- Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
- Knowledge of HTML, SQL, Excel
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, or basic data-mining

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
