You will report to Maintenance manager
This is the role
Deals with the design, implementation, maintenance and optimization of electrical systems.
Ensure machines are operating at the required capacity
Involved in the preparation of the key performance indicator monitoring report for the maintenance department
Analyze the causes of defects and find solutions to prevent future failures
Ensure the execution of activities resulting from the factory's preventive maintenance plan
Ensure machine troubleshooting
Manage inventory and spare parts supply
Assist in the verification of subcontractors
Monitor subcontractors in terms of compliance with the highest quality standards and timely completion of activities
Analyze the factory maintenance plan and improve it
Create or modify work procedures taking into account feedback from maintenance technicians
Develop technical solutions to maintenance-related problems to minimize the cost of a technical intervention
Defines technical specifications and spare parts requirements
This is who you are
Technical university education: electrics, electronics, electro mechanics
Minimum 3 year experience in a similar position
Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including hydraulic and mechanical systems
Experienced in working with maintenance costs
Ability to read and understand hydraulic and pneumatical drawings
Good working knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens)
Advanced PC skills (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills, Integrity and responsibility, prioritizing skills, Communication, Team work, Planning & organizing, Initiative, Decision making
Romanian and English
