Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop Trainers to ensure high-quality training delivery.
- Oversee onboarding, refresher, and continuous education programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, learner performance, and operational results.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Leadership to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Ensure training materials, assessments, and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
- Track and report training metrics, attendance, certifications, and completion rates.
- Support nesting, coaching, and transition activities from training to production.
- Promote employee engagement and a positive learning environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the training department.
Requirements
- English proficiency of 90% or above (written and spoken B2+/C1 preferred).
- Previous experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or Leadership roles.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience analyzing performance metrics and training results.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Flexibility with schedules and business needs.
- Consistent performance metrics during the last 3 months.
