Responsibilities:

• Administrates and operates MOL Group cyber security PAM solutions

• Handles access management related requests, incidents and changes

• Supports the access management improvement initiatives across MOL Group

• Maintains up to date documentation of designs/configurations/processes

• Applies existing knowledge and practical experience to create innovative solutions for MOL Group

• Collaborates with security vendors to enable the proper development of the Cyber Security toolset

• Takes part in the monitoring of the application and infrastructure operation

• Supports cyber security activities to ensure secure operation and compliance with the security principles, internal and external audits

Requirements:

• University or college degree (preferred in Computer Science/Engineering)

• 3+ years’ experience in IT/Cyber Security
• General experience in the user&access management area
• Know-how and practical experience in operating and managing Privileged access management/Identity and access management solutions
• General knowledge of access management principles

• Experience in user and access concepts in Microsoft Active Directory

• Ability to communicate between staff from analyst to managerial level, as well as maintain positive working relationships across the business.

• Focused “can-do” positive attitude to deliver excellent service

• Structured thinking, analytical skills and adequate reporting

• Excellent written & oral communication skills, ability to balance conflicting interests
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks, take lead of unassigned tasks
• Must be a team player
• Able to deal with multiple issues and tasks under pressure
• Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and ability to indicate necessary training needs
