Position Summary
• Responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of volunteers and employees to provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.

• Technical Experience: 3 years
Physical Activities
• Intermittent hand manipulation required
• Intermittent lifting and carrying of 20-30 pounds which can be modified
Role Specific Responsibilities
o Instruct volunteers and paid employees regarding Pink Geranium policies, procedures and goals, as well as Hospital policies and safety issues for safe and efficient service for customers.
o Selects, prices, and promotes merchandise so that the Gift Shop is profitable for the Auxiliary
