Requirements
Must have:
- 2-4 years of experience in process documentation, operations support, business analysis or a related role.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes in simple, clear language, in English as well as in Spanish.
- Basic understanding of business process management concepts (e.g. workflows, controls, handoffs, KPIs).
- Experience creating process maps and diagrams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) or equivalent platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Self-driven commitment, able to work and contribute independently and in team.
- Ability to gather information through interview sessions and document reviews.
Responsabilities:
- Document end to end business processes, workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) using established templates and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and crossfunctional teams to capture accurate process steps, inputs, outputs, roles and controls.
- Translate design documents, verbal explanations and informal practices into clear and structured documentation.
- Create and maintain process artifacts such as process maps, swimlane diagrams and work instructions.
- Participate in QA and UAT sessions to validate finalized business processes.
- Perform process consistency validation, identify gaps, redundancies or unclear steps in documented processes and flag them for clarification.
- Adhere to organizational documentation standards, quality guidelines and governance requirements.
