Position Summary

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals? 

Jones is seeking a Billboard Advertising Sales Executive to fuel growth throughout Northeast Wisconsin and surrounding markets. Based out of our De Pere, Wisconsin facility, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact by helping businesses elevate their brands through high-visibility billboard advertising solutions.

Success means delivering outstanding customer experiences, achieving sales goals, and helping clients maximize their advertising investment.


What You'll Do

Develop and grow billboard advertising revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities with local businesses, developers, and other prospective clients

Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, relationship building, proposal development, negotiation, and closing

Generate new business through networking, cold outreach, referrals, business-to-business sales efforts, and existing relationships

Evaluate opportunities to ensure alignment with profitability goals and company objectives

Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and deliver exceptional customer solutions

Identify and coordinate with local fabrication and installation partners to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Prepare accurate proposals, contracts, and project documentation while maintaining attention to detail throughout the sales process

Provide reliable sales forecasts and regular updates on business development activities

Maintain accurate prospect, customer, and project information within the CRM system

Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities


What We're Looking For

Three or more years of experience in advertising sales preferred

Experience selling media solutions such as radio, television, newspaper, magazine, digital advertising, out-of-home advertising, or billboard advertising is highly desirable

Proven ability to develop new business and consistently achieve sales goals

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Professional, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
