Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

The Procurement & Logistics Coordinator owns the full supply chain lifecycle for a DoD Outside Plant (OSP) infrastructure program operating across multiple military installations. This single role covers procurement from RFQ through PO closeout, material receiving and warehouse staging, equipment and asset management, and calibration compliance for all test equipment. The position sits at the intersection of the project management team and the supply chain — ensuring materials arrive on time, funding is properly tracked and obligated before fiscal year expiration, field teams are never delayed by a procurement or logistics failure, and all test equipment deployed to government acceptance testing is in-calibration and UFC-compliant. Procurement & Funding Management  (approx. 40%)-...
