Training Auditor and Educator Community Bridges, Inc. (CB I) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, physical health, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing, substance use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.   CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.   Job Summary The Training Auditor & Educator is part of the Standards & Compliance team. As an independent team member from other parts of the organization that perform trainings, the Training Auditor & Educator objectively reviews the documentation and delivery of multiple training formats, including but not limited to new employee orientation, seclusion and restraint, clinical oversight, staffings, and on-the-job training. Reviews should result in standardized documentation, data for senior leadership and quality improvement, and coaching for the trainer. The Training Auditor & Educator is not expected to be an expert in all subject matters but should be skilled and experienced in training and coaching in a professional work environment. Skills/Requirements  High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of two (2) years of experience in training or coaching in a professional setting, required. Preference for experience in healthcare or behavioral health. Valid driver’s license required.
