Job Description

  • Develop business plans and sales strategy for the territory that ensures sales goals and profitability.
  • Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Responsible for the performance, coaching, reward and development of the sales team in your territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and activity reports submitted by the sales team.

 

  • Pharmacist with at least 2 years experience in managerial position in a pharmaceutical Company.
  • Must possess strong people and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to think out of the box
  • M.B.A is an added advantage.
