Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help maintain our dealership properties both inside and out. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in keeping things looking their best.
This is a well-rounded position with a mix of outdoor grounds work and light facility maintenance.
What You’ll Do
Outdoor / Grounds Maintenance:
Mow and maintain grass and landscaping at dealership locations
Assist with snow removal, salting, and winter prep
Keep lots, sidewalks, and entrances clean and presentable
General outdoor upkeep and property appearance
Facility Support:
Perform basic building maintenance and minor repairs
Assist with light plumbing, electrical, or general fixes as needed
Help with small projects, set-ups, and general upkeep
Identify and report any maintenance concerns
What We’re Looking For
Dependable and self-motivated
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, or general maintenance
Ability to handle physical work (lifting, walking, standing, etc.)
Takes pride in their work and attention to detail
