What We’re Looking For:
A dependable and detail-oriented Steward who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in all kitchen and back-of-house areas. In this role, you’ll ensure dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for service. Working closely with culinary, banquet, and outlet teams, you’ll play a vital part in creating smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do:
Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and glassware to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
Operate dishwashing machines and perform manual cleaning when needed to ensure efficiency and quality.
Organize and store cleaned items in their designated areas for easy access and smooth operations.
Keep kitchen floors, walls, counters, and equipment spotless, creating a safe and sanitary work environment.
Support culinary, banquet, and outlet teams by organizing equipment and supplies for seamless service.
Deliver clean plates, utensils, and other essentials to kitchen or service areas promptly.
Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste according to hotel standards, maintaining cleanliness in all disposal areas.
Sanitize trash bins and maintain cleanliness in waste management zones.
Monitor cleaning supply inventory and restock as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Report broken or malfunctioning equipment promptly to the Executive Steward or Stewarding Supervisor.
Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow all established safety procedures.
Adhere to health and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling practices.
Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
Participate in regular safety training and team meetings to stay informed and prepared.
Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications Include:
Previous experience in kitchen, cleaning, or hospitality-related work, preferred.
Must have multi-tasking skills, internal/external customer service skills.
Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting heavy items, standing for long periods, and operating cleaning equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
