The Process Technician supports the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes by assisting engineers with data collection, equipment setup, and process validation.
- Assist in setting up, calibrating, and maintaining equipment and tools used in manufacturing processes.
- Support Process Engineers in developing and optimizing production workflows and process parameters.
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistent operation and compliance with established standards.
- Identify and resolve issues related to production processes, equipment, and tools to minimize downtime and quality defects.
- Collaborate with Process Engineers and Maintenance teams to implement corrective actions and improvements.
- Analyze root causes of process-related issues and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a process or engineering-related role.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment, tools, and process improvement methodologies; demonstrated ability to understand and troubleshoot production equipment issues.
- Experience in the use of measurement tools and instruments.
- Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
