Job Description
Do you want to help Cornwall Council identify land for development and support its Home Cornwall ambition to provide local homes for local people.
CC require a property professional able to support the identification and bringing forward of land for a range of purposes primarily housing, but including employment and renewable energy. The ability to work with planners, legal teams and developers to bring sites forward successfully for housing delivery. RICS preferred.
