Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts in SAP IBP, incorporating sales trends, promotions, and market inputs.
• Lead and actively contribute to the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) ensuring alignment between demand and supply.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to improve planning performance.
• Create purchase orders for local converting based on forecast, inventory levels, and promotional requirements.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels (including SLOB), and support overall supply chain performance through KPI tracking.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of Master Data in SAP (e.g. MRP data, info records, source lists, packaging data).
• Oversee inbound logistics, including coordination with suppliers and 3PL warehouse, and manage goods receipt processes.
• Handle inbound issues such as delivery discrepancies and damaged goods, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support operational and compliance activities, including pallet management and Intrastat reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with forecasts, KPIs, and inventory data.
• Experience with SAP and demand planning tools (e.g. IBP) is strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
• Good understanding of S&OP processes and supply chain dynamics.
• Fluent in English (B2) and Czech/Slovak (C1-C2)
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work cross‑functionally.
