Security Reconnaissance Team, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor to provide hands-on field leadership, support security officers, and ensure operational excellence across assigned client sites. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support security officers across multiple sites
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations
• Respond to incidents and provide real-time leadership and decision-making in the field
• Promote accountability, professionalism, and high performance among team members
• Prepare accurate reports, incident documentation, and operational updates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ensure overall safety, security, and service quality at assigned locations

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Texas Level II or Level III Security License (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in security or related field
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone (cellular service required)
• Strong report writing, communication, and incident management skills
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Professional appearance, reliability, and sound judgment
• Authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits

• $19.00 per hour
• Bi-weekly direct deposit

Additional Details

• Occasional travel required between Austin and Houston
• Field-based role (in-person work)
