Job Description
Development of ASCs in Industrial Segment and standard Mechanical Seal, Achieve yearly spares targets of assigned area and actively participate to ensure spare business exceed target value, Provide guideline to ASCs Service Engineer for Installation, commissioning and trouble shooting. Provide Product feedback to plant team and actively participate in product improvement activities Provide product service training to customer/dealer Coordinate between CWH & ASC for spares deliveries Minimized the time to resolve customer complaint through ASC
