• Experience and full knowledge of processes in one or more of the following areas: 1. Systems Engineering approach and processes 2. Requirement definition, decomposition, and allocation 3. Interface definition (ICD, IBDs, IDDs) 4. Missile system analyses used in requirement derivation and verification 5. Planning and coordinating hardware and/or software testing for verification 6. System integration 7. Supporting SRR, PDR, CDR 8. Writing specifications and/or formal, peer reviewed technical documents 9. Using DOORS Requirements Management software 10. Electrical Harness Engineer - Level 3

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline. • Experience creating electrical schematics or wiring diagrams. • Experience with Capital Logic, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent Electronic Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool. • Experience performing Root Cause/Corrective Action troubleshooting • Hands on engineering experience with aircraft hardware or equivalent. • Ability to obtain and maintain Active Secret/Top Secret Clearance per business requirements

Staff Opto-Mechanical Engineer (Top Secret)

• Proficiency in a range of standard design tools applied to Optomechanical design such as CAD, CREO, Solidworks, or other relevant assets. • Experience as a Mechanical Engineer with a background in optical, optics, or other relevant areas. • Experience with design for assembly and manufacturing techniques. • Experience with specification development, vendor interface, parts selection, and/or configuration control. • Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Security clearance
