Job Description
As our Lead Expert Demand Planning for ingredients (ING) Perfumery & Beauty (P&B) department, you will lead demand process, drive strategic demand forecasting and ensure seamless demand supply operations across the region. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to bring key influence to transform customers demand to business sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams between region and global, and make a tangible impact on business growth.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in sales assistant/ Supply Chain/ Customer Service
- Working experience of 5+ in Demand Planning or equivalent planning roles
- Strong data manipulation & analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis and demand planning.
- Proficiency using technology tools that enable demand planning and reporting.
- Builds excellent relationships with key internal and external customers based on trust and confidence.
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
- Excellent influential and communication skills for driving internal stakeholders' alignment
- An ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner and provide succinct results-oriented operational expertise.
- Strong work ethics, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- knowledge of SAP/ERP, Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
