What You’ll Do
As a Nurse Supervisor, you’ll lead clinical operations during your shift and ensure excellent care delivery across the facility:
Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
Deliver and supervise high-quality resident care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes
Act as a clinical resource and leader for nursing staff
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
Mentor, coach, and support nursing team members
Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to care standards
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families
Help manage staffing efficiently to reduce overtime and agency usage
Lead shift meetings and provide updates to the Director of Nursing
Qualifications
Active RN or LPN license in the state (required)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
2+ years of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
