Job Description
Complete Building Services is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for two buildings, Alexandria and Falls Church, VA. Mileage paid. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Salary $25-$27 per hour.
- Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
- Conduct daily building/equipment tours and maintenance : RTU's/AC/VAV Boxes
- Miscellaneous : ceiling tiles, lights, bathrooms
