RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain the common areas of a cluster of public housing flats in designated Town Council.
  • Duties include responding to MPs, residents’ feedback, coordinating and carrying out maintenance routines such as cleaning, conservancy, landscaping and horticultural works, as well as improvement and cyclical projects.
  • Liaise with grassroots organizations on the management of the common areas.
  • Monitor contractors’ performance on routine maintenance, cyclical maintenance and improvement projects. 
  • Ensure key performance indicators (MND scores) of the estate are met.
  • Assist PM/APM/SPO on special projects as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher Nitec in Building/ Real Estate Management/ Property
    Management/ Building Services/ Facility Systems Design/ Facility
    Technology/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent; or GCE O Level with 5 years of relevant experiences in estate management and maintenance; or Fresh Diploma graduates
  • Ability to communicate well with residents and grassroots leaders
  • Fast and diligent worker
  • Team player
